Since I’m staying with Mum lately, I’ve had a chance to cook a little. Normally, at school, I’m not able to cook at all. Between the lack of cooking facilities, time, and ingredients, it just gets tough. When ingredients are already paid for, and utensils are provided along with top-class facilities, it’s too much to refuse.
So that’s just something I cooked up for lunch today. Ingredients: ‘Hong Kong’ noodles, frozen pre-chopped (so sue me — they’re easy to cook!) veggies (including carrots, red bell peppers, squash, baby corn, peas in pod, whole muchrooms, and some other veggies whose names I should know but don’t), two chicken thighs, soy sauce, salt, and olive oil. Yup, that’s it. Took me all of 15 minutes to prepare and cook (not including defrosting time).

You made it, I think not. I gave you all the directions!
Looks yummy …
